Slow roasted cauliflower
This one is a great extra for a feast or just on its own.
1 whole cauliflower, outer leaves removed
½ can of coconut cream
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbs HDC Chipotle
3 tsp HDC BBQ seasoning
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Add all ingredients except cauliflower to a bowl and whisk together.
Place cauliflower in a 20x20cm oven pan. Pour mixture over cauliflower, coating thoroughly and evenly. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Every 15 minutes baste cauliflower with excess marinade in pan. Cauliflower is ready when dark brown/almost burnt.
