Chipotle Cacao Tart
250g digestive biscuits, blended
50g melted butter
Mix together and press into a 20cm tart base
¼ tsp Sea Salt
30g HDC Chipotle Hot sauce
Melt butter, cacao, sugar and salt over a double boiler, cool slightly.
Add eggs and mix until combined.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Stir in hot sauce, add more if you like it hotter!
Pour into prepared tart base and bake 20-25 minutes at 160 C.
